Identified and advanced several innovation projects from unmet need to development, including scoping and presenting projects to governance boards for approval. Focus on ensuring desirability, viability and feasibility as early as possible to support decision making.
Played a key role in establishing the new development model for innovation projects, facilitating workshops for leadership and colleagues, and defining the process based on feedback and relevant literature.
6 month short-term assignment to the Norwegian Sales  Affiliate: Map the obesity patient journey to align understanding across departments and support prioritisation of new initiatives. Meet with doctors to better understand the patients we serve, and gain experience within the sales and marketing part of the business.
